When precision meets ambition

At easyDec, we regularly take on the challenge of new designs and ambitious developments, in the interests of our customers.

With proven dedication and recognized technical expertise, we remain a privileged partner in the world of bar turning.

easyDec History

easyDec is a family-run business, founded in 2004 in Delémont, in the heart of Swiss Watch Valley. Its know-how is increasingly focused on highly complex micro-components, in line with the requirements of industries seeking miniaturization of components, such as the watchmaking and medical sectors. Since 2021, easyDec has been pleased to be part of the Acrotec Group.

Over the years, we have become an important player in the world of precision machining, with a team of over 60 qualified employees. Our machine park includes over 100 machines covering diameters from 1 to 51mm and a spacious production site of 3200m² with a 2500m² building extension planned for 2025.

Today, our portfolio covers a wide range of high-precision components, not only for the watchmaking industry, but also for the medical sector.

Leadership for growth

As a family-run business, easyDec upholds key family principles such as trust, respect and commitment to harmonious growth. Our corporate culture cultivates deference to our customers and all our other partners. It is sensitive to the nobility of the components we make and to the universes of reference symbolized by the customers who are so dear to us.

Why do customers trust us?

  • Human interaction: We value genuine human relationships and are as committed as our customers to the success of their projects.
  • Innovation through challenge: We take on challenges and draw on our experience to constantly improve our skills.
  • Responsiveness: Our ability to react quickly gives our customers a distinct advantage.
  • Specialization in difficult materials: We specialize in machining complex materials such as titanium, which are highly sought-after in the medical sector.

Production capacity

easyDec offers precision turning and milling processes for the watchmaking and medical industries, with its future 4,500m² of state-of-the-art machining facilities. Thanks to our fleet of over 100 machines, we can machine parts with diameters ranging from 1 to 51 mm. Because we specialize in Tornos and Citizen CNC’s, our main focus is on manufacturing parts with diameters of less than 9 mm, to the tightest tolerances, whatever the production volume. Machines are an important tool in our business.

Our people are without doubt our greatest strength, and we are constantly looking for ways to encourage emulation and strengthen our skills.

The combination of these two factors is the very foundation of our success.

Our skills include machining complex materials such as stainless steel, aluminum and titanium.
Our machine park includes CNC’s from Tornos, Citizen R04, Miyano-Citizen 42 and 51 mm, and a Willemin-Macodel machining center.

Quality assurance

Traceability is a key element of our quality management system. To ensure the quality of our production, everything is documented with QuickControlPro.

What’s more, most of our production is SPC-controlled, ensuring quality requirements throughout the manufacturing process. We have invested in automatic control equipment such as Keyence, Ayonis, Marcel Aubert and the measuring instrument lumen.
easyDec is ISO 9001:2015 certified and is preparing ISO 13485:2016 certification for 2024.

An ideal workplace

We are proud to have been awarded the“Great Place to Work” certification, which testifies to our commitment to creating a working environment that fosters emulation and well-being among our employees. Our premises are carefully designed to provide ergonomic workstations. In particular, we regularly organize events and activities to encourage team cohesion.
