We are proud to hold several recognized certifications, and are committed to continuing our efforts in the area of social and environmental responsibility.
Great Place to Work
Great Place to Work certification is an international label that recognizes companies that are good places to work.
It is based on employee evaluation and analysis of the company’s management practices.
This certification demonstrates our commitment to creating a positive, respectful and stimulating working environment for our employees.
Swiss Triple Impact (STI)
Swiss Triple Impact (STI) is a Swiss initiative that encourages companies to contribute to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
We are committed to improving our environmental, social and economic impact through the following three commitments:
Core business
By 2025, 90% of our sourcing will be certified by an environmental, societal or governance label recognized by the Swiss Accreditation Service (compared with 10% in 2022).
We will also ensure that all our waste and chips are recycled by suppliers who respect our code of conduct.
Photovoltaic energy
By 2025, we will increase our photovoltaic energy consumption by 75% by installing solar panels on our new building, which will cover 15% of our energy consumption.
Validated by an ergonomist
By 2025, all our fixed workstations in the production workshops will be validated by an ergonomist to guarantee the physical well-being of our employees.
Quality
ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001:2015 certification is an international standard that defines the criteria for a quality management system.
It is based on several quality management principles, including a strong customer focus, management motivation and commitment, the process approach and continuous improvement.
This certification guarantees that our products and services consistently meet our customers’ requirements, and that we strive to continuously improve our processes.
ISO 13485:2016 (in progress)
We also plan to obtain ISO 13485:2016 certification this year.
This standard is specific to the medical device sector and is based on the principles of ISO 9001:2015, with additional requirements for the design and manufacture of medical devices.
It aims to ensure that medical devices are safe and effective for users.
