Training company
Training new talent is a very important issue for easyDec.
We focus on quality training provided by qualified staff and supported by external service providers such as CEPIM (Centre d’Enseignement Professionnel des Industries de la Métallurgie) and the Ecole de Commerce de Delémont, where our apprentices learn the basics of the trade directly.
We are pleased to count two apprentices in production mechanics (bar turning option) and a commercial apprentice among our teams.
